To the research of the behavior choice of television news reporter in Taiwan at the "Exclusive-News" and the "Self-Discipline Norm" occurrence conflict

隨著資訊時代媒介競爭的加劇，新聞自律的有效性成為新聞工作者在實踐中碰到的最敏感的新聞倫理問題。本文是關於新聞倫理的一項實證研究報告,採用問卷調查及深度訪談法，以臺灣幾家主要的新聞電視臺為調查物件，分析記者在“獨家新聞”和“自律規範”衝突時的選擇行為，從而折射出臺灣電視臺新聞自律的現狀，並為大陸電視臺提供有益的啟示。研究結果顯示，臺灣新聞電視臺記者大多認為，當前臺灣新聞電視臺競爭激烈，為贏取收視率，搶獨家新聞的壓力過大，因此當在“獨家新聞”和“自律規範”之間產生衝突時，他們往往選擇漠視自律規範的行為。

At information ages, along with the mass media of the competition is increasingly vigorous, the usefulness of Journalism Self-Discipline becomes the most impressionable of news ethics problem that the journalist runs into in the operation of the news business. This text is a report of substantial evidence research concerning the News Ethics. This research adopted questionnaire and the depth interview method, to takes Taiwanese some main news TV stations as to investigate object, analyzed a reporter at ‘Exclusive News’ and ‘Self-Discipline Norm’ its conflict of choice behavior. From here, it is refracted a present condition with Journalism Self-Discipline in Taiwanese television station, and provide a beneficial apocalypse for mainland TV station. This research the result manifestation, in Taiwanese the most TV news reporters think, because the news station competition vehemence, in order to win viewer rating, the pressure that robs Exclusive News leads greatly, therefore at of the ‘exclusive News’ and the ‘Self-Discipline Norm’ occurrence conflict, they usually choose behavior of ignore the latter.
