The Apple Daily has been published in Taiwan since 2003. The most difference between the Apple Daily and Taiwan traditional newspaper industry is its coverage, story telling style and some departments of the organization. “Writers” of the Apple Daily, as roles under emergency operations center, are not existed in the other paper organizations. The “writers” have special functions both like reporters and editions, who are created by the young reporters cannot coverage news very well. We try to analyze the roles of “writers” and find the news making process of the Apple Daily by checking the dynamic interactive gatekeeping process、the professional knowledge of the “writers” and how they construct news by communicating with other reporters and managers .
