In this study, through participation-like observation, partial-depth interviews with 12 township areas,the low social class ’s foreign spouse family watches television ’s interactive situation,receives the interpretation of analysis as a theoretical tool. The study discovered that because of social resources and economic gap,the leaning township area ’s resident is the lack of immediate proximity of the entertainment,so watching TV has become the most easy and inexpensive leisure activities of the daily lives.In terms of foreign spouses, watching TV can improve their language, cultural, life learning capability.And also through family activities, and they may promote the parentage, break the barriers between the mother-in-law, improve family communication.This study attempted discuss individual gender identity, personality characteristic, how life to be build,the study discovered that the special characteristics influenced deeply the social culture system, and also put these two characteristics on watching TV ’s attitudes and the behavior.
