媒體如何再現弊案：以陳水扁洗錢報導為例

本研究主要探討台灣主流報紙《自由時報》、《中國時報》、《聯合報》，對陳前總統所牽涉的洗錢弊案，是如何進行再現。對三家報導進行內容分析比較其差異與相似之處，發現由於報紙本身政治立場不同，所報導相關事件的角度、語氣與框架具有顯著差異，顯示媒體在新聞文本上具有選擇及突顯的權力。
在新聞版面處理上，三家報紙傾向放置於頭版與政治焦點版呈現，以政治角度來定位。在新聞主題部分「偵查與說明」為最多，其次為「相關人士的動態」；在框架功\能部份，以「探討弊案道德層面」與「所帶來影響」為多，反覆強調社會道德層面與所帶來的影響。此外，本研究也藉由內容分析，了解台灣報紙是如何對陳水扁貪腐弊案做界定與區分。

The main purpose of this study is to explore how Taiwan Newspapers－“Liberty Times”, “China Times” and “United Daily News” represent money-laundering scandal which former president, Chen-Shui-Bian has involved. Using content analysis examines as well as finds out their differences or similarities. Due to different political positions of newspaper, there are great differences in news frame, tone and news resource. The result shows media have the power of selection.

The three papers have the tendency to put the related reports in the front and political page to position money-laundering scandal. In addition, according to what has found in content analysis, this study puts much emphasis on how Taiwan Newspapers define corruption in scandal.
