英文摘要
How do individual prosumers assemble as a group of prosumers? How do we interpret subtitle teams phenomenon from a Virtual Group Dynamics perspective? This essay focuses on the process of gathering in subtitle team communities and explores the working process and context of the teams from a new-comer’s viewpoint.
By having interviews with members from famous subtitle teams and participating actual works as a subtitle team member, the researcher found that the main drive of these amateur subtitle team members can be explained as ‘group pride’ and ‘group commitment’, rather than ‘relational links’ . The drives and the sense of achievement seem to present the spirit of prosumers in virtual teams.
