Under the recession, the newspaper "recruits" the reserve army of labor, the students, to achieve the multi-goals of management. However, there isn ’t any analysis ever to mention the labor process of the reserve army of labor as a kind of white-collared atypical labor. In view of this, the article picked Seed-U as example, and on the foundation of the contract and the labor laws, to re-realize how and why those participants "work" under the theoretical framework of labor process theory. At the end, it also discusses Journalism and the Journalistic education form the myths of task, creations and chances, observed from Seed-U.
