嚴格網路控制下的另類權力與監督：中國大陸網站的人肉搜索行為初探

雖然中國有著嚴格的網路制度，但是「人肉搜索」卻有著獨特的網民權力及相互的人際監督，將公民的參與度和資訊交換量提高到新的層次，此類網路的參與性文化為一種去中心化的、多元化的、個人化的、草根性的虛擬社區。網友在參與「人肉搜索」的過程中採取的傳播形式極其廣泛，加上網路媒介的特性，在此傳播行為中更表現出網路時代傳播論點的各種衝突性，包括去中心化的沉浸式參與、非理性導向的沉默螺旋，以及衍生出來的非對稱性的網路世界權力分配現象，進而形成一種多數人監督少數人的「相互監控監獄」現象，這與中國網路世界普遍所呈現的少數人監督多數人的嚴格管控情形大異其趣，也成為一種相當
獨特的網路群體監督行為。

There’s a strict Internet regulation system in China, but the "human flesh search"forum made citizen participation and the information exchange to a new level of cyber culture, and this result regarded the participation of such network as a decentralized, diverse oriented, personal, and grassroots-style virtual communities.This exploratory analysis applied the notion of crowd-sourcing, panopticon, and synopticon to examine unrelated netizens to conduct cyber surveillance collaboratively under the central surveillance system. By analyzing the forum, the results also suggested that such collective cyber surveillance creates phenomenon of decentralized immersive
participation, non-rational oriented spiral of silence, and distribution of power imbalance between the interactions in the digital age.
