The development of cellular phone gradually combines the functions of mobile telecommunication and personal computer (PC), becoming a personalized system that integrates communication, computers and service contents. The evolution of mobile technology brings about the transformation in users’ research, only grasping the full view of interaction between access behavior and context can ensure you of designing products that conform to consumers ’ needs. The main purpose of this study is about getting a grip on the role cellular phone plays in users’ life. Hoping to enter into actual scenarios and collect on-the-spot materials through contextual inquiry, hence controls the full view of mobile phone ’s access behavior. Thus orientates the significance and merit cellular phone toward users and expects the users to assist mobile phone devisers in comprehending the design that the users demand.
