新聞傳播本科畢業生知識能力結構探索：以 2009 屆畢業生為例

]互聯網與移動通信技術的發展為資訊的傳播創造出更多的可能，也改變了整個媒介環境。作為培育未來新聞傳播人才的各大高校，不僅要進行反思與總結，更需要作出積極地反應與行動。本研究就新聞傳播教育，通過本文探討了新聞傳播類畢業生面向就業的知識結構與能力結構之間的關係。通過多元統計、社會網路分析，從知識/能力的整體性——即知識能力的「量」與之間的「關係」，和動態性——知識能力的變化入手，闡述了現今新聞傳播類畢業生知識結構與能力結構的關係，揭示現今新聞傳播高等教育中的一些問題，為新聞傳播人才培養以及教育規劃提供參考以及建議。

With the rapid development of the Internet and mobile communication tech, it creates further more possibilities for the information dissemination. Stemmed from the technology evolution, people step into the new media era. Without hesitation, academies should respond first to the drastic changes.The article discuss that the relationship between the structures of abilities and knowledge which the journalism & communication college’s graduation hold. Thronging the Multivariate Statistics
analysis and the visualization tool of SNA, we illustrate the relationship between the structures of abilities and knowledge. In addition, It reveals the problems in journalism & communication education and gives some advice for higher education curriculum revolution.
