災難新聞一直是被視為最有新聞價值的新聞類別，然而，現今新媒體科技不
斷的推陳出新，如何將此新進的技術應用於新聞報導上，尤其是應用在新聞價值
很高的災難新聞上變成重要的課題。
本研究針對 2011 年日本 311 事件中新媒體科技的使用與功\效及作初步的探
討，並使用質化方法中的深度訪談法，詳細了解目前報導災難新聞當中台灣及日
本所共同遇到的困境，以及台灣媒體能從日媒報導 311 事件當中得到的省思為重
點。

Disaster news has been regarded as the most newsworthy news category, however,
with the new media technology innovation, how this new technology used in news reports
is very important , especially those with news of the disaster on the high news value to
become an important issue.
In this study, the use and effectiveness of new media technology in the 311 earthquake
in Japan and for preliminary discussion and use of qualitative methods in depth interview
to learn more about the difficulty of the reports disaster news, and how Taiwan can learn
from this event.
