本研究使用深度訪談法,抽取出世新大學面對領導階層轉換的情境之下,如何形塑其組織認定與組織文化。研究發現雖然因為不同部門、次文化等因素影響,但仍保有其文化共享性,成員之組織認定為「傳播為主軸且言論自由的學校」; 所塑造的組織文化為「自由、批判、發聲、傳播貫穿等概念」。在領導階層轉換的環境下,學生所感知到的文化與認定已被塑造,認為「自由」不見了 ; 在教職員的位置上,認為文化本質是不變的,因此認定也不會改變。

英文摘要

In this study, we use depth interviews to extract out Shih Hsin University organizational culture and organizational identification under the leadership transition situations. The study finds out the impact of different sectors, sub-culture and other factors influence Shih Hsin University, but it still retains its cultural sharing. The identy of members is the "freedom of expression and dissemination as the main school"; organizational culture is shaped by "freedom, criticism, sound, communication penetration". Under the leadership transition environment, students perceived culture has been shaped and determined that "freedom" was gone; in faculty positions, that cultural essence is the same, and therefore finds that will not change.
