Nowadays, the number of blog has already been over fifty millions, and still expanding in internet network in the whole world so far. However, could the blog news be regarded as "news" ? If so, how should we build the definition of "Blog News"? The opinions of these are still widely divided. This study attempt to analyze the structures and functions of news narrative between blog and traditional media. By means of comparing the news events, present in the China Times Blog and China Times, to realize the different narrative manners. The result of this research is that the manners of news narrative will all be effected. Some narrative rules will also differ from traditional news. Hoping this study could open more discussions about Blog News , from new narrative to possible influences in the whole mass media circumstances .
