隨著年長者進入網路社群後,社群中出現一股長輩圖文化,長輩圖為一種圖像形式,圖片配合上文字,形成所謂的長輩圖。本研究以社會資本概念出發,探討即時通訊軟體中,社會資本期望是否影響使用態度及使用意向,同時加入認知有用性以及認知有趣性不同面向的動機加入討論。本研究採線上調查法,回收335份有效樣本,發現社會資本期望三面向、認知有用性、認知有趣性皆會正向影響使用態度及使用意向,使用態度也扮演著部分中介的角色。  

英文摘要

 Since the elders entered the online community, a lot of “info- pictures’’ were generated in the social media. The “info-pictures’’ are an image form. The picture is combined with text to form the “info- pictures’’. Some pictures with the “lotus” or the “Buddha” pattern have been widely used. The elders usually send info-pictures to their relatives or friends in the morning to greet them. Based on the concept of social capital theory, this study explores whether social capital expectations affect use attitude and intention in social media. Simultaneously, the motivations of perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness are added to the discussion. In this research, an online survey method was used and 335 valid samples were collected. This study was found that the three aspects of social capital expectation, perceived usefulness, and perceived playfulness all positively affect attitudes and intentions, and attitudes also play a part of the mediating role.
