 本研究使用社會網路分析法和內容分析法,考察在新冠肺炎疫情爆發後,中國大陸的主流媒體(人民日報與南方週末)、果殼網與中國大陸科學家們的微博發言對於疫情報導的影響,比較三類媒體從議題設定到情緒設置上的差異,研究發現,三者的屬性議程網路具有顯著相關性;在情感敘事策略上,中國大陸主流媒體善用積極性的情緒字眼,來傳遞正能量,果殼網則傾向用說服性手段來解釋科學問題,科學家的微博則是使用質疑性方式對疫情進行提問;基於敘事手段的差異,三者所傳遞的情感也有所不同,主流媒體的報導內容更多是傳達了正面性情感,如希望與感動的情感特徵;果殼網與科學家微博更多的是傳播負面情感元素,如恐懼與憤怒的情緒。

英文摘要

 Employing social network analysis and content analysis, this study analyzed the reports about Covid-19 by mainstream media including Reople’s Daily and South Weekend, Guokr, and tweets by scientists on the microblog platform, comparing their differences from agenda setting to emotion setting. Results revealed there were correlations between the three network agendas. In terms of emotional narrative strategies, mainstream media use more positive emotional words to convey positive energy; Guokr tend to use persuasive narrative to explain scientific issues, While scientists use questioning methods to ask questions about the COVID-10. In terms of emotional strategies, the emotions conveyed by the three are also different: mainstream media often appeal to positive emotional elements such as hope and move; While Guokr and scientists resorted to more negative emotional elements such as fear and anger than professional media.
