 近年來使用者音樂聆聽習慣從實體走向音樂串流平台,而目前使用者主要使用平台仍以國際知名音樂串流平台為主,如 Spotify、Apple Music 等,台灣本土雖然付 費人數中多選擇 KKBOX,然而多數還是偏好免費聆聽的國際音樂串流平台,究 竟台灣與國際音樂串流平台差異為何?本研究採文件分析,試圖了解全球使用人 數前五大音樂串流平台(Spotify、Apple Music、Amazon Music、騰訊音樂、YouTube Music)以及台灣本土音樂串流平台(以 KKBOX 為例)如何營運,以「商業模式畫布」探究不同音樂串流平台商業模式異同之處,最後提出未來台灣音樂串流平台發展建議。

英文摘要

 Listening to music on online platforms has become the norm in recent years. Users still prefer internationally well-known music streaming platforms, such as Spotify, Apple Music, etc. In Taiwan, although those who pay for music streaming platforms usually choose KKbox, most users still prefer free music platforms. The purpose of this study is to further understand the differences between international and local music platforms in business models. First, this study uses document analysis to understand the business model of the top five music streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Tencent Music, and YouTube Music) and Taiwan's local music streaming platforms, KKBOX. Second, this study explores the differences in the business models of different music streaming platforms. Finally, this study suggests the future development of music streaming platforms in Taiwan.
