With the rapidly development of the digital and Internet communication technology, more and more issues on the copyright in cyberspace are coming forth. It means that the protection problem of copyright under the Internet environment is becoming the new challenge "The copyright law" faces. "The copyright law" must be adapted to the requirement of new technology ’s development, becomes a copyright law that isn ’t influenced implicitly by the external factors, but on the other hand, it can connect with the international development very well, adapts to the Internet communication environment. In this paper we ’ll discuss some crucial matters on it.
