社區媒體經濟結構與勞動力使用的在地意義--以「文山報導」、「月光山雜誌」為例
The meaning for the locality: The economic structure and the use of labor of community media- A case study for "Wen Shan" and "Yue Guang Shan"

傳統的社區媒體研究取徑雖然能強調社區媒體在社區具有的角色與功\能，或者外在社會脈絡對社區發展的影響，然而，卻可能忽略社區媒介的內在條件與外在環境的互動關係。換句話說，當我們思考社區媒的功\能及可能作用的同時，亦不能忽略其中物質條件與勞動力的使用是如何外在環境進行互動。尤有甚者的是，在目前國內的社區媒體普遍缺乏經費的影響之下，在其有限的資源與勞動力之間是如何取得平衡、以及透過這兩者又如何與其身處的環境所互動？本研究透過美濃的「月光山雜誌」和台北的「文山報導」這兩家社區報紙為個案探討，嘗試為上述疑問作一解析。

Traditional community media research approaches can put an emphasis on the roles and functions of community media. However, it may neglect the interaction between the internal conditions and the external surroundings of community media. In other words, we should not neglect how the material conditions together with the use of labor interact with the external surroundings when we ponder the functions and effects of community media. Moreover, how the domestic community media, while suffering from financial shortage, achieve the balance under limited sources and labor? Besides, how do they interact with the outside surroundings? This research makes attempts to analysis the above questions through the following two community media, the "Yue Guang Shan" magazine in Mei Nong and the "Wen Shan" newspaper as our cases.
