The Formosa Case is a milestone in Taiwan ’s opposite sport. It made Taiwan ’s opposite sport from structure opposed to manage the government asking. Today, the Formosa Case is 20th years. The Formosa Magazine vindicated before 20 years with “The Formosa Magazine Notified Citizen for the Day of Human Rights ” .The DPP tried to redefine the Formosa Case “the Formosa Case to the Formosa Country” after 20 year. Based on two announces, I tried to find the difference from the Formosa Magazine and the DPP between 20 years with Burke ’s Dramatistic Analysis. Beside the difference form five reasons, concluded the Formosa Case not a “event” but a ”sport’. Because of the speaker, the hoped was changed. It began to petition the KMT, than asking itself. Finally, the speaker said that a way of reforming is to be a party in power.
