基於節目代表廣電媒介，代表聽眾市場，代表媒介服務，雖因製程複雜，又面對成本、時效、內容多變等挑戰，節目品質管理不應等閒視之。本研究旨在整合當代品質管理與廣電節目品質管理之意理與見解，期能藉此為廣電節目品質管理建構出合於實際須求的意理、措施或重點建議，使節目產製能兼顧效率與必須之效能。本研究整合當代品質管理與廣電節目品質管理之意理與見解，深入探討當代廣電節目品質管理應該具之基本意理，再就實務面向來剖析廣電媒介節目品質管理之措施或重點要項，最後並作出具體之建議。

Program represents the licensee, the audience market, and the promising of public service. Program quality control is an ongoing challenge for broadcasters. This article attempts to integrate contemporary quality control knowledge and concepts with that of program production. The writer reviewed mainstream publications in quality control to construct the framework. Then studied the program quality control practices in Taiwan broadcasting stations. Problems as lacking of evaluation standard, no quality control agency, insufficient of quality control training were detected. Thus, practical suggestions to promote a total quality management system for elevating program quality were provided.
