本研究以組織傳播的學理為基礎,透過深度訪談及次級資料分析,呈現年代影視集團之個案,深入探討該組織改組前後之組織結構、組織文化與傳播型態。由於年代影視集團乃一龐大的組織,本研究除了對年代企業整體的情形作概括性描述外,並將研究焦點鎖定在該組織下歷史悠久且負責主要業務的一個部門——影視事業部,以期得到較深入的資料。

研究發現年代集團目前正處於組織變革過程中的「改變期」,朝著混合型的組織結構發展; 而該組織的總體文化是類似大家庭的文化,影視事業部則發展出類似社團朋友的次級文化,共同點均為了創新與領先的娛樂大夢而努力;此外,就整體而言,該組織的傳播型式相當自由,具有彈性。
英文摘要
This study discusses the organizational structure and culture as well as communication style before and after reorganization so as to represent ERA Group case. Not only does this study depict the panorama of ERA Group as a whore, but it focuses on Video Business Department, a long-standing department taking the responsibility of ERA Group.

ERA Group is in the "changing period" of organizational change processes and developing towards hybrid organizational structure. Its organizational culture is extended-family-like culture, whereas Video Business Department cultivates the subculture as that among club friends. Both of their concurrence is to work hard for the innovative and foremost dreams of entertainment. Furthermore, the communication style of ERA Group is quite unrestrained and flexible.
