Apart from focusing on the evolution of the Kaohsiung LGBTQ movement, this
study examines how the Kaohsiung LGBTQ movement groups propagated their
ideas and mobilized their forces to influence political and social changes over the
years under the era of gender equality. Besides, this study is to examine how the
Kaohsiung LGBTQ movement groups have demonstrated their tactics and conveyed
their appeals for movement activities at the parade during the past years and tried
to challenge mainstream through the reproduction and dissemination of various
media, and so as to develop how the movement featuring the media strategy will
be explored.
